  • The Area Board is a Federally and State funded organization that provides, among other things, supports to families as well as individuals with developmental disabilities who receive services from the regional center system. Area Board 3 is one of 13 local area boards and is a part of the State Council on Developmental Disabilities, assisting families and individuals with training, coordination, and implementation of The Council’s State Plan.   • 2-1-1 Sacramento is a program of the Community Link. It provides free, confidential information and referral service that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We can refer our clients to more than 2,400 community services in the Sacramento area.  Click here for more information!
  • SETA is the designated Community Action Agency for Sacramento County for the provision of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) services. The purpose of the CSBG program is to reduce the incidence and effects of poverty and empower low-income families and individuals to become self-sufficient. The program operates through neighborhood-based organizations that provide resources and services to produce measurable impacts on the causes and symptoms of poverty experienced by challenged families and communities.
